- Reverse Engineering - Spray Products' chemists can take any substance that you provide, analyze it, and provide duplication services. We will determine the chemical make-up of the product and determine how to manufacture it.
- Packaging Engineering Assistance - Our full service includes providing recommendations on packaging for your product.
- VOC Compliance and Regulatory Assistance - If your product is required to be VOC compliant (volatile organic compounds), we can make sure that it meets VOC regulations. This includes formulations that must meet CARB (California Air Resources Board) regulations in the western US and OTC (Ozone Transport Commission) specifications in the eastern US.
- Components Engineering Assistance - Our service can also include recommendations on the best tips, valves, and cans to deliver the spray pattern and delivery rate that you want.
- Labeling Assistance - We will make sure your product's label contains all necessary regulatory information, including VOC compliance information, and safety information. We can use your graphic art and design, or work with one of our label partners for design and printing.
